The system sits on an adjustable-height steel tripod with an accessory tray attached to one leg that snaps open when the legs are pulled apart. It has one 11 lb. counterweight that can be adjusted up or down to accommodate for the positioning of the optical tube. There is a 1 year limited warranty.
